Yes. Caution fee is a security deposit for the host in the case of damages by guests. Caution fees are completely refundable if there are no damages to property at the point of check out.

We do not allow parties in our apartments. We however, have a special space called “The Bliss” that allows for intimate gathering events of up to 20 guests. 

For the maintenance of our furniture and fittings, we do not allow pets in our apartments.
